great location n loved the pub atmosphere downstairs. watched the rugby match n it was so much fun. room was clean n comfy. they had a great breakfast too. staff were super helpful and friendly.

It's a wonderful old building with loads of character and we had this amazing four-poster bed set in a rich royal deep red theme it was like sleeping in a piece of history and the staff were just exceptional they were really helpful even when I asked about the names of the rooms which was a bit of a mystery.

It wasn't exactly cheap but honestly for a night and the experience we had it was still acceptable.

The room had clean bedding and towels. I appreciated the historical elements in the building, which gave it character. It felt nice to stay in a place with some history.

I felt uneasy staying alone in the building overnight. The bed was uncomfortable and too small. I noticed some areas were a bit run down and neglected.
